NE Missouri Roads Closed Due to Flooding

HANNIBAL - MoDOT is watching several roads in the Northeast area that could be close due to potential flash flooding. The following roads remain closed due to flash flooding:

Clark County
Route K at Fox River north of Luray just north of Route N junction.
Route D at Wyaconda River approximately 2 miles west of Route 81.
Route NN at Fox River approximately 3 miles west of Route 81.

Knox County
Route 11 at South Fabius River west of Baring approximately 2 miles west of Route 15.
Route K at Middle Fabius River just west of Colony

Lewis County
Route E at North Fabius River almost 2.5 miles west of Williamstown.

Lincoln County
Route H at Cuivre River approximately 4 miles north of Route 47.
Route E at North Fork Cuivre River just west of Silex.
Route UU at North Fork Cuivre River just north of Silex.
Route BB at North Fork Cuivre River at Davis.
Route MM at Crooked Creek 1.53 miles south of Route C near Moscow Mills

Monroe County
Route A at Crooked Creek located between Route WW and DD just south of Lentner.
Route J at Middle Fork Salt River at Duncans Bridge.

Montgomery County
Route J at Loutre River just west of Big Spring.
Route J at Loutre River approximately 1.5 miles west of Big Spring.
Route Y near Bear Creek approximately 1 mile east of Route 19.
Route K just west of Loutre River Bridge west of Big Spring.
Route E at Cuivre River west of Olney.

Shelby County
Route N at North Fork Salt River located 3 miles south of Route K just north of Lentner.
Route K at Black Creek approximately 1.1 miles west of Shelbyville
Route DD at Otter Creek near Maud.

Warren County
Route A at Camp Creek almost 2.5 miles south of Truxton.

All closures can be found online at http://www.modot.org/ on the traveler information map.  Since waters rise and fall quickly during flash flooding, it is recommended motorists check the website or call 1-888-275-6636 for the latest information after hours and on weekends.
