HANNIBAL - MoDOT is watching several roads in the Northeast area that could be closed due to potential flash flooding. MoDOT will set up detours at appropriate locations. Never attempt to drive through flooded roadways; water-covered roadways may hide washed-out bridges or culverts. The following roads are closed due to flash flooding:
Knox County - Route 151 near North River just southeast of Novelty, just south of Route 15 & 156 junction.
Scotland County- Route T at South Fork Middle Fabius River, just west of Bible Grove.
All closures can be found online at http://www.modot.org/ on the traveler information map. Since waters rise and fall quickly during flash flooding, it is recommended motorists check the website or call 1-888-275-6636 for the latest information.
