KANSAS CITY - The on and off-ramps at Route E/U and Interstate 29 (Exit 25) in Camden Point, northern Platte County will close by 7 a.m. Sunday, July 21 through August 4 to tie the ramps into the new Route E/U Bridge over I-29.
A signed detour will be in place. Traffic will use Route EE, Route Z near Dearborn, Route H and Route 371 to bypass the ramp and bridge closures.
This $1.2 million project will replace the more than 50-year-old bridge spanning I-29. The bridge will remain closed until August 16, 2013. All work is weather dependent.
