               supervision, and technology.

            - Tracks all training completed, both on-line and classroom learning, in a comprehensive

               transcript for each employee.

• Week long basic supervision curriculum.

• Two-week advanced management development institute.

• Entry-level and advanced technical training for Operations staff including:
