Upcoming Route M and CRD 459 Intersection Improvements in Butler County

The Missouri Department of Transportation plans to improve the intersection of Route M and County Road 459 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. The project will be completed in an effort to improve sight distance at the intersection. Tentatively, the project will be let in November 2025. Construction could begin as early as winter 2026. During construction, the roadway will be closed in the vicinity of the intersection for approximately two months. 

Comments will be accepted through Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025.
