Upcoming Bridge Replacement Projects in Dunklin, Pemiscot Counties

The Missouri Department of Transportation plans to replace four bridges in Dunklin and Pemiscot Counties.  

The bridges to be replaced include: 

• The Route N bridge over Drainage Ditch 35, located between County Road 541 and Route Y in Dunklin County.
• The Route 164 bridges over Deering Drainage Ditch and Lateral Ditch 4, located between Route TT and Route PP in Dunklin County.
• The Route B bridge over Drainage Ditch 66, located between County Road 216 and Route A in Pemiscot County.

Work to replace the bridges could begin as early as June 2025.

During construction, the roadway will be closed in the vicinity of each bridge for approximately three months. For the Route 164 closures, only one bridge will be closed at a time to ensure access to property between the two bridges being replaced.
