888 - Ask MoDOT (275-6636)
The Missouri Department of Transportation plans to replace a bridge located on Route U over the BNSF Railroad and East South Street in Wright County. This structure is located between Commercial Street and Old Highway 5 in Mansfield, Missouri.
Work to replace the bridge could begin as early as summer 2026. During construction, Route U will be closed in the vicinity of the bridge for approximately four months. In addition, East South Street will be closed near the bridge for a portion of construction.
