Public Meeting Planned for U.S. 65 Location Study in Benton County
Benton County – The Missouri Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, May 24, 2006 to discuss the location and environmental study for the future widening of Route 65 between the Route 52/Cole Camp junction and Warsaw. The meeting will take place between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the Lincoln School cafeteria, at 101 West Lamine Street in Lincoln. Accessibility accommodations will be available.
No formal presentations will be made during the open house-style meeting. The public may stop by at any time during the advertised hours to speak with MoDOT and consultant staff about the project. Various project displays will be available and the public is encouraged to ask questions and provide input. All comments will be taken into consideration and made a part of the project file.
