1. The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission makes absolutely no representation as to the quality of the materials and/or equipment herein described or their fitness for any particular purpose. The Buyer accepts the materials and/or equipment with no express warranties or implied warranties of merchantability or suitability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Buyer acknowledges that the materials and/or equipment are accepted in "as-is" condition. Buyer states that they will hold harmless seller, its officers and employees from all liability, judgement, cost, expenses and claims which the seller may incur as a result of any law or regulation of the United States or State of Missouri arising out of buyer's use, possession and/or title to said materials and/or equipment.

2. All items purchased must be removed from MoDOT property not later than 48 hours after purchase unless other arrangement are made.

3. Payment: personal check or cashier's check only. Checks should be made out to Director of Revenue Credit State Road Fund. Titles will not be released until personal check clears.
